Shop Cancellation & Return Policy

If you wish to cancel your order(s), you must submit a cancellation notice before 3pm EST to return@eternallillie.com on the same order date.
- Herbs, supplements, and beauty products are all FINAL sales and are not eligible for refunds.

Upon failure to provide the correct address, and/or other relevant shipping information, Eternal Lillie and delivery services shall in no way be liable or required to issue a replacement or refund on your behalf.

If you never received your package, you must submit a claim to the delivery carrier. All packages are insured and you may be entitled to compensation from the carrier. We may be able to provide a replacement or store credit depending on the circumstance of the package.
- We are not responsible for any indicated shipping fees or refunds related to shipment fees (both initial and return). The initial shipment fees will not be a part of the refund or store credit. You will only be refunded for the amount paid on the product after a 15% restocking fee is deducted from the amount. We are not responsible for any return shipment charges.
- Purchases must be returned in their original packaging and must remain new or unused to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
- Once we receive the return item it will be inspected and if the condition is approved for a refund or store credit then it will be processed with 3-5 business days upon retrieving the item. If the item is not approved for return it will be discarded and you will be notified, no further actions will take place on our end.
- Customers are fully responsible for the shipment of returns to our office at: 373 Broadway, Suite 510, New York, New York 10013. The original and return shipping charges will not be credited.
