Health Saving Specials

Want to save money but still invest in your health? Our health-saving specials provide the perfect solution for you to do both! Bundle up on your treatments to save more money. 

Please note: You are required to have an existing patient account to purchase a health savings special with us. If you do not have an account please visit to create your patient profile and complete the required forms. Upon completion please proceed to email with the subject "specials" to inquire about and/or to purchase a special. 

For the purchase of specials please include the following in your email:

  1. Your first and last name
  2. Your phone number 
  3. Your email (if it's different from the one used to register on Jane)
  4. Which special you'd like to purchase
  5. Your method of payment (Zelle, Venmo, Cash)
  6. Your chief complaint

Specials are paid via Zelle, Venmo, or cash only. They never expire, but are non-refundable and non-transferable. Specials require the full amount and cannot be paid via installments. Initial treatments are not valid under specials. Specials may only apply to follow-up appointments.
