 1. What are your business days?

  • Our shop operates Monday - Thursday. We do not operate during Holidays. 

2. How long does shipping take?

  • We are a small business and we appreciate your support and patience! Please allow 2-4 business days for processing before your orders are shipped out to you. Orders should arrive within 2-5 business days upon shipment.  
  • Orders placed during the holiday season may be subject to longer delivery times due to higher demands for delivery and carrier services. All tracking numbers are automatically sent to your email once shipped. If tracking information is not found please check your spam folder. 

3. What is the return policy on your herbal products?

  • Due to the sensitive nature of our herbal and beauty products, all herbal, supplement, and beauty sales are final!

  • For more information regarding our returns please reference our return and cancellation policy.  

4. What is the return policy on non-herbal products?

  • Non-herbal, supplement, and beauty products that were unopened or unused may be eligible for a refund or store credit if returned within 7 days of delivery. You will be charged a 15% restock fee and responsible for all shipment fees. The remaining refund balance will be processed to the original payment within 3-5 business days of us receiving and approving the return.
